Mariner 2 is a brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home located in Mexico Beach! This tastefully decorated home offers up some spectacular views of the gulf! Just steps away from the sugary white sands and emerald green waters of the gulf, you'll find Mariner 2 to be the perfect vacation home for you and your family! This home sleeps 12 people, and if you need more room, Mariner 1 is right next door! The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and your cooking essentials. Plenty of room on the deck to enjoy those beautiful sunsets the Forgotten Coast has to offer, and if you're an early bird you can enjoy the sunrise as well! This home offers 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, and the 4th bedroom hosts 2 twin size bunkbeds. Sofa sleeper in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. Both King suites offer ensuite bathrooms.

Mariner 2 is a non smoking unit and does not allow pets.

All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
