The bright apartment for up to five people has a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, a cosy living room with additional sleeping options, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, and a bathroom with shower. Particularly beautiful is the spacious 25 m² terrace, which offers you a breathtaking view of the sea – ideal for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxed evening at sunset. A balcony with sea view is also included for private use.



For your comfort, satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning are available (usage for a fee). Bed linen and towels are included. Directly by the house you will find a free parking space, so that you can park your car safely.



The fine sandy beach is only about 10 metres away and is considered one of the most beautiful on the Adriatic coast. The gently sloping water is ideal for families with children, and the shade-providing tamarisks ensure pleasant hours by the sea even on hot days. Two loungers are available to you free of charge, so you can enjoy your beach day completely relaxed.



On the ground floor of the house, a cosy beach bar invites you to enjoy refreshments, cocktails and snacks. If desired, a breakfast buffet is also offered there in the morning (for a fee). Restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities can be reached conveniently on foot - the nearest restaurant is just 50 metres away, and a supermarket is located around 300 metres from the house.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities: from water sports such as diving, sailing or jet skiing to rafting on the Cetina River to hikes in the nearby nature park. The centre of Omiš is about 1.4 kilometres away and offers a charming old town atmosphere, cosy local establishments and a diverse range of leisure activities.
