PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Young people who come to the island to party, unfortunately cannot be accommodated in this house due to bad experience!

The small holiday house with 3 apartments for 3-11 persons is located directly on the sea in the tranquil resort of "Stara Novalja" on the beautiful island of Pag. Only a few steps separate the clean sea from the garden and the house. Nearby there are many small bays with sandy beach and the nearest restaurant, which is open all day and treats of all kinds offers, it is hardly more than 300 m. Wider beaches are located at a distance of 800 m and 2 km.

There is a small apartment for 2 + 1 persons with 1 separate bedroom, a larger apartment for 4 people with 2 separate bedrooms and a large apartment for 9-11 people with 3 separate bedrooms available. All 3 rental units have satellite TV, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace with fantastic sea views. In the cozy garden of the house, which is located on the sea side, flourish typical Mediterranean plants such as palm trees, olive trees and oleanders, plus all sorts of beautiful flowers. Here there is an outdoor grill, which can be used by all guests of the house. On the street side of the house are up to 8 parking spaces, so that always a place is free. For guests who bring a boat, boat berths with buoy are available directly at the house.

Although the access to the sea directly at the house is concreted, a few steps lead down to the sandy bottom. Even smaller children can swim here therefore well. Only 30 m further but there is already a small sandy beach section. The beaches in this area basically fall flat into the sea, which should be especially fun for families with children. All guests of the house have a total of 10 sun loungers and 5 umbrellas at leisure. The friendly landlords also live in the house and are at your disposal for questions and suggestions in German, English, Czech and Italian. The washing machine of the landlord may be shared if necessary. Only small pets are allowed on request and for a fee.

In the village there is a bus stop. Nearby are a supermarket, restaurant, dive center and tourist information office. The area is lined with beautiful beaches with clean sea water, where everyone can find their own quiet spot. A beautiful gently sloping and therefore child-friendly sandy beach, there are 2 km away at the entrance. The area also offers great hiking and cycling opportunities. The party beach ZRCE, with its beach discos open all day, is only 7 km away.
