This charming holiday apartment offers you a relaxing stay in Duce. With a living space of 46 m² and a generous plot of 3,000 m², you have plenty of space to feel comfortable here.
The house has a bedroom with 3 beds, including a double bed, a double sofa bed and a single bed. Two bathrooms with showers are available for you. The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils. In addition, the house offers air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV with multiple language channels.
Enjoy your meals on the cosy terrace with a view of the sea. A barbecue is available for grilling evenings. 1 small pet is welcome for an additional fee.
A free boat mooring (buoy in the open sea) is also available. However, the use is at your own risk.
The holiday home is ideally located, only 30 metres from the sandy beach. In 1 km distance you will reach Dugi Rat and in 2 km distance Omis, the next towns with shopping facilities. The nearest supermarket is 300 metres away and the airport is about 40 km from the house. A bus stop is only 50 metres from the house.
