In 2017, the house was partially renovated, it is furnished in a rustic style. The living, dining and cooking area is located on the first floor, the tiled stove provides a cozy ambience here. The bedrooms in the attic are each equipped with a double bed. Especially beautiful is the old, rustic bed with peasant painting.



The property is opaque and has a 1.60m high fence. On the property there is a play tower with sandbox, swing for the children. Also, an outdoor grill, outdoor shower and garden furniture for cozy hours and meals together. Here you can relax and forget about everyday life.



On the property, in addition to a garage, there is also a small arbor, where the infrared - sauna is located (usable for a fee).



Hiking trails border the property, so you can start your hike or bike ride right here. Also the amusement park Plohn is not far away and offers itself for a day trip.



In the vicinity are: Plohn amusement park, Pöhl dam with climbing park, Grünheide forest park, Hirschfeld zoo, Eibenstock bathing and sauna area, summer toboggan run, golf course in Bad Schlema, etc. In about 30 minutes driving time you can reach Eibenstock and Stützengrün. Sights: Elster valley bridge, Christmas land, Eibenstock dam, smoked candle museum.
