Excellent location, extremely comfy & spacious

Stayed for a weekend with my family and found the location to be excellent to all the nearby attractions. Unit was extremely comfy and spacious for our family of 4 along with the property being very secure with a 24hr manned guard gate with City police watching the property as well.

The lazy river and water slides were so much fun. The property was very clean and we enjoyed the stay. The shower in one of the bathrooms had horrible water pressure so we ended up having to all use the other shower. The security guards were very rude. Our QR code wouldn't scan most of the time and they (multiple of them) were rude when they had to help so we can get in. The home is in a great location to both Disney and Universal.

Our Disney stay!

I had to contact Deconova to get the code for the door. I asked for it around 1:30. I didn’t receive it till 4:20, causing a lot of anxiety. This is the first time the communication was late. We love Storey Lake. The unit was excellent.
