Parking for 2 cars is available on the side of the house. The first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed for one person. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideally located, it is a perfect central point for exploring the Trégor region, its coastal landscapes of St Michel en Grève, Le Yaudet, Locquémeau and its small port, and the Pink Granite Coast, its hiking trails (GR34) and local heritage sites, including the Crech' Olen mill, the Château de Rosanbo, the Notre Dame du Yaudet Chapel and the reclining Virgin statue. Also nearby is the Anse de la Vierge beach.
Multiple sporting activities nearby such as horse riding, the 18-hole golf course in Pleumeur Bodou, kayaking, surfing, land sailing, skydiving in Lannion, etc...
