The Apartment



Welcome to this apartment with magnificent views over the village rooftops, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, and the sea.

Located on the fourth and top floor (no elevator) of this small building in the old town, you'll find all the comforts: space, air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and more.

The apartment comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen/living room with a television.

The three bedrooms have comfortable 160cm double beds and are arranged as follows: a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a smaller bedroom, and a third bedroom upstairs, at the top of the building under the eaves.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. An additional fridge-freezer is available in the hallway to supplement the small fridge in the kitchen.

Basic supplies will also be provided in the kitchen and bathroom so you can fully enjoy your stay upon arrival.

The place is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Transit



Access to the accommodation from the airport is possible by train: go to Gare St Augustin, which is a few minutes from the airport, and take the train to Gare de Villefranche.

You can also take the tram from Nice Airport to the Port of Nice, and then take bus 15 from the Port.

You can also request a private transfer from the airport to the apartment.

For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
