This two-bedroom apartment features a welcoming entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa opening onto the outside. Behind a glass partition, the sleeping area includes a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a shower room with a separate toilet, and a second bedroom with a double bed (140cm) overlooking the residence's interior gardens.

A pleasant and spacious terrace provides direct access to the sea. Approximately 50 meters from Richelieu Beach.
