Gorgeous home located in the beautiful south mountain preserve. The entire home has been remodeled and equipped with brand new appliances. Beautiful porcelain tile throughout the home, brand new beds and remodeled bathrooms. Kitchen has been upgraded with new backsplash, granite countertops, spacious sink and new reverse osmosis water filtration system. New AC unit with ultraviolet light.

Great potential!

Since this is a new listing - the property owners did well & with some tweaks, it will absolutely feel like a home. Immediate responses to help us with the central air, request for lamps & seat cushions on the patio. Clean & wide open spaces. Easy to hear all the sounds going on in the home & the neighborhood morning doves REALLY like to coo 😀

Excellent stay

My husband, myself and 2 kids went to Arizona for Spring Training. We found this house and it was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and in a great and safe neighborhood. In addition, it was close to everything. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The amenities in the house included a washer and dryer and soap. I would definitely recommend this house! We were very impressed with everything!
