This is a wonderful place and location. This is our second time staying at Mikes unit. It was even cleaner and nicer than the first time. We already blocked out or stay here again for 2025. Couldn’t recommend this spot more! Thank you Mike and team. Great hospitality and customer service. Can’t wait to come back.

Family trip

Ko Olina is so pretty and quiet. Our family of 8 stayed here (3 generations) and everyone loved the location and the villa. We enjoyed the lanai, the sunrise, sunsets, and the ocean view. The villa felt like home for our one week stay; we felt safe and secure. We walked to the market several times to get grocery items, visited Aulani, and ate at Eggs n Things. The resort has clean pools and hot tubs and landscaping that is beautifully taken care of. We recommend the quiet pool to relax and sunbathe. We would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a memorable vacation while visiting the prettiest state! We hope to return to Oahu someday and will definitely be staying at Ko Olina.

Amazing!!!!

My hubby and I stayed here with our two adult sons and our son’s new fiancé. We celebrated our 29th Anniversary (6/10), my birthday (6/22), my youngest son’s graduation from Rowan University (5/8) and my oldest son proposed to his girlfriend right on the property at the beach cove. Everything was amazing! We had a full itinerary that included plenty of time to relax. The villa had everything and was better than we imagined. Book this place. You won’t regret it. Thank you Mike for a wonderful time!

Wonderful family vacation place!

This condo was absolutely gorgeous! The ocean view was beautiful to wake up to every morning along with the resort's lovely grounds. We've been to Hawaii numerous times on various islands and have stayed at both hotels and condos...This is definitely rated as one of our family's top places to stay! The condo was spotless and the amenities were very up to date..the kitchen was great and it was nice to have the lanai open completely so that we can have dinner while enjoying the open air. Mike was great to deal with and he made the whole experience worry free! Will definitely come back!

Heavenly Bliss

This is our 3rd time staying at the Beach Villas Resort. We love the amenities, pools, fitness room, bar, beach front access, & that it’s in a safe neighborhood, This is our 1st time staying in this rental. Great accommodations for our family of 5 which included our 2 adult children & grandson. Everyone had their own space & privacy. If there is any recommendations I could give it would be to have a full size ironing board in the place. Kind of a pain to iron on a very small ironing board. Other then that great place to stay.

Took my girlfriend now Fiancé for her birthday and engagement! The communication with Lynn was amazing! Lynn went above and beyond my expectations! Everything I ask for was done and ready by the time we walked into the Villa! The Villa it’s self was AWESOME! Everything we needed was there! Plenty of room for all 6 of us! It was clean and well maintained. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very friendly! Pool area along with the BBQ was perfect! Walked outside the gate and the Lagoon is directly in front of us. Absolutely great location away from the high tourists traffic of Waikiki! Will definitely plan to go back and stay there again!

We had an excellent stay at Ko Olina and would be happy to book this unit again if we ever return. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 kids. The layout was comfortable and noise from neighbors was minimal. We swam a lot in the pool and the lagoon. The unit was well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, etc and there was a wagon to make it easy to bring everything down to the beach. We had everything we needed for cooking and the views from the lanai were stunning! We stayed on mainland time so sat out in the early mornings watching the moon set. The washing machine did not work at first but was promptly fixed so we didn’t need to go too long without it. The only thing I wished I had brought was quick drying beach towels from home. The building is very strict about nothing being set to dry on the lanai for even brief periods of time. The beach towels provided in the unit are nice and thick but there is nowhere to hang them to dry (there is barely space to properly dry the bath towels for everyone) and we had kids wanting to swim two or three times a day so we either had to get creative draping things all over the bathroom or do more loads of laundry so they could have dry towels. But aside from that we had no complaints and would definitely recommend this unit and this location for anyone traveling with younger kids.

Loved this property- it was perfect for our family raining from ages 12-80! Great location- lots to do without leaving the property but also close enough to explore all parts of the island. Really great amenities and ease of checking in and out were great.

All was exactly as previous reviewers have noted. This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy this little slice of paradise. We appreciated the laid-back atmosphere, the beautiful and uncrowded pools, and the incredible and peaceful lagoon—just a perfect place for our 6 and 3 year old grandchildren. We spent hours enjoying the sun and beautiful water. The beach toys available to guests were an added bonus! Thank you for a very special family vacation. All had a GREAT time.

Even better than described

We spent a week at the Ko'Olina villa with our two adult kids and our daughter's fiance. The villa & resort are even better than pictured and the perfect home base for travels around Oahu. There is plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, and a lanai with an incredible ocean view. Oahu is very expensive so being able to have many breakfasts and dinners at home, with lunches out during our travels really helped keep meals costs down. Beds were comfy and we took advantage of the beach chairs and snorkel equipment stored in the locker on the lanai. (Another wonderful perk!) The Ko'Olina town center is adorable with lots of restaurants & shops. The lagoon beaches are beautiful. Honestly, after walking along the beach path to see the Aulani and Four Seasons, we wouldn't have traded the Beach Villa property for either of them. The Makai Hale Beach Bar at the Villas has the best bar view we saw all week. We have a friend who lives in nearby Kapolei and she said in her 37 years on the island, it's the best beach bar view she's seen too! :) It was easy to get to every place we wanted to visit from Kailua, to Waikiki, Pearl Harbor, and the North Shore in 25-45 minutes. The traffic is no joke in Honolulu so abide the advice to avoid the highways going into Honolulu from about 7a-9a and out of Honolulu from 3p to 7p. We advise to give yourself ample time to enjoy the Beach Villa property each day, it's a gem!

We rented the property for my daughters 30th birthday! My grandchildren ages 2 and 1 haf a great time too!! They had portable cribs (2) and the place was clean and comfortable!! Only thing negative is that the entire places needs new/updated appliances! Thanks for a great stay!!
