Overpriced Apartment with nice swimming pool area

A lot of noise from the apartment above, poor power in the showers and a lot of noise from the toilets, drainage in the bathtub was bad, old TVs, the air vents looked really dirty and so was the floor when we arrived. We tried to spend as little time in the apartment as possible. The apartment needs a lot of renovation from our point of view. Having rentend this place feels disapointed, I have rented many houses/apartmentents in USA and this is the worst I have been to. Would surely spend my money elsewhere!
