The holiday house is surrounded by trees and flowers, overlooking the Mallorquin landscape.

Enjoy beautiful sea views from its terrace. Casa Abril has been completely renovated in Spring 2022. It has two tasteful bedrooms with a double bed in one room and two separate single beds in the other one. A fully-equipped kitchen, a living room and a bathroom make it the perfect holiday home for families, a couple or small groups. There is also an A/C with cold and warm so it’s suitable for each season, summer but also autumn and winter.

The outside area is perfect for spending a relaxing day. It has a private swimming pool with a sunbathe, but also a nice BBQ area outside where you can enjoy your summer evenings with friends and/or family.

Walking distance to the beach Cala Santanyi, there are several restaurants and a supermarket. In the immediate vicinity, you can find the charming village of Santanyí, which is known for its stone covered houses, the biweekly market, and the wide variety of restaurants, bars and shopping. In addition, you can reach the most beautiful and idyllic beaches of the southeast coast within 5 - 15 minutes.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
