About this property

New bright vacation apartment to feel good in the mountains with a wonderful view

The mountains at your feet ... Enjoy your holiday in our new cozy bright apartment with stunning views of the mountains of the rear Ultental. Here begins the fascinating alpine world of the Stelvio National Park.

Our small farm is located directly on the Ultner Höfeweg at 1400mt sea level in St. Gertraud in the Ultental valley and is the ideal starting point for beautiful circular walks, mountain tours, alpine hikes in summer and ski tours in winter.

In 2016 we completely renovated our house and built for you a new apartment to feel good with lots of natural wood.
Our house is in a quiet location and yet very centrally located.
Within walking distance you can reach the pizzeria, the Hofschank, the restaurant and a grocery store.

Einfach abschalten

Marion ist eine super liebe und nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön, der Ausblick ein Traum und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto, zu Fuß oder auch mit dem Bus erkunden. Und für denTierfreund gibt es Kühe, Schafe, Ziegen, Katzen einen Wauzi zum kuscheln. In der Nähe gibt es tolle Gaststätten und Cafés und wenn man einkaufen mag, findet man auch dafür überall Gelegenheiten. Kurzum, eine tolle Gegend zum Abschalten.

Wir kommen wieder

Marion und Wernhard mit ihren Kindern waren ein sehr netter Gastgeber und haben uns viele wertvolle Tipps zum Wandern gegeben. Besonders hilfreich war die Anwendung der Ultental-Gästekarte, mit der man Busse bis nach Meran sowie Seilbahnen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sogar in Bozen kostenlos nutzen konnte. Die FeWo war wie beschrieben, super sauber, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Das Ultental ist zum Wandern ideal, zB kann man mit der Schemmalmbahn hoch auf 2100m und dort jede Menge Wanderungen unternehmen. Uns hat die Woche gefallen!!

Wunderbare Tage im Ultental!

Gerade kommen wir aus dem Urlaub zurück und die Eindrücke sind noch ganz frisch. Die FeWo der Familie Holzner im schönen St. Gertraud war ein echter Glückstreffer. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Schöne, gemütliche und mit viel Liebe ausgestattete Wohnung. Sehr herzliche Vermieter, sensationeller Bergblick von zwei Balkonen und direkt vom Haus aus gibt es eine Vielzahl toller Wanderrouten zu entdecken! Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Lage

Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, mit sehr netten Gastgebern, denen ein gelungener Urlaub der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub benötigt, vom Föhn bis zur Bratpfanne - alles vorhanden. Die Fewo ist sauber und auf den beiden Balkonen kann man die herrliche Aussicht genießen. Zwei Einkehrmöglichkeiten mit sehr leckerem Essen sind auch in der Nähe, ebenso befindet sich ein kleiner Laden zum Einkaufen in Gehentfernung. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Urlaub.

Sehr schöne, mit Liebe zum Detail und mit dem allerbesten ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Wenn man die Nähe zu einem Bauernhof liebt und eine tolle Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für erlebnisreiche Wanderungen mag, ist genau richtig. Ruhig und doch zentral für Wanderungen gelegen, ohne das Auto zu benutzen, sondern einfach loswandern oder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Touren starten, ist man hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und von der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Für Naturliebhaber ein Volltreffer. Danke für die unvergessenen Tage. Wir kommen wieder.
