Just 30 minutes from Troyes and the factory outlets, 10 minutes from a highway exit, in the heart of the Champagne wine region, in a village with all shops and amenities, come discover this spacious and charming house nestled on the hillside, right in the middle of the vineyards with a breathtaking view of the hillsides. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a dining area and lounge (featuring a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people for an additional €15 per night per person), opening onto a sunroom (relaxation area, foosball table), a double bedroom with its own private shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there’s a relaxation/game area on the mezzanine, three double bedrooms, a bathroom (bathtub, sink, changing table), and a separate toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 beds. Outside, you’ll enjoy a terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and lounge chairs. From April through September, parking will be available at the bottom of the property (luggage drop-off in front of the house) as the owner will be on-site for vineyard work. Your stay includes: heating, electricity, made-up beds, towels, and linens. Fans are provided in every room of the house.
