The spacious living room, tastefully decorated, opens onto the terrace and includes a comfortable sofa bed, ideal for a fifth guest. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals.



The apartment features two elegant bedrooms: a large air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a second, more intimate bedroom with a double bed. The living room is also air-conditioned, ensuring a pleasant temperature in the main living areas.



The bathroom includes a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day by the sea.



Located in a building with an elevator, the apartment is perfectly suited for a stay with family or friends, combining comfort, convenience, and a prime location just moments from the coastline.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment.



Check-in is self-service. The building access badge must be collected from a partner shop located less than a 5-minute walk from the property.

This is a non-smoking property. Parties and pets are not allowed.
