Very good

The three bedrooms were great, beds were comfortable, small bath and kitchen. Old house, in fair condition. Very quiet for a night.

Close to UAMS
It is a quiet neighborhood with stores, restaurants, and UAMS nearby. The property manager was very responsive and helpful in resolving some scheduling and other issues. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Every room had nice TVs, and the kitchen had everything needed to cook a nice meal. My main complaint is the house could use a good deep cleaning. This includes the dishes that were dirty and needed to be washed before use.
Great central location. Although we thought we had no hand soap or dish soap, we did find big refill bottles. It’s an older home and typical for the neighborhood. At the end of a dead end street and was quiet. We booked well in advance and paid some of the higher prices for rates. It was a mix of “nice tovuches” and “getting by”. We didn’t cook much because we wanted to eat out. It gets a “getting by” rating if you are wanting to cook more. Bottom line, as a family who wanted a home base while visiting the city we used to live in, it fit our needs.

Not worth what we paid
This house was a disappointment. The host fees and other fees tripled the total cost, making a cheaper rental cost three times what it should. Not worth the price. The house is small and old, amenities like dishes and towels are poor, and one of the beds wasn’t even made up for our stay. Will stay in this area again, just not here.

Property Overgrown
The outside vegetation around the house was overgrown at the end of a dead end street. The interior was nice for an older home. Ants crawling in the bathtub. Looked like the property had been vacant for a while. Pictures on VRBO were deceiving. Asked to be moved to other accommodations but was told nothing else available. Told owner that I had two dogs when making the reservation, and they notated that we had broken the rules after we stayed there. Spider and it’s web was hanging from the ceiling in the Kitchen.
It was exactly as labeled, it was clean organized and had extra pillow and blankets
We stayed here for the closeness to the hospital. It was very close and quiet from the main traffic!

Best thing was a fenced yard
Communication and check in was fine though the code did not work on the front door, luckily there was a lock box with key! It is a nice older home with minimal quality redo. On the plus side it had a nice fenced backyard for our dog. The problem was it was not clean. There was a damp bath towel over the bathroom door and damp hand towel. The bed sheets were very wrinkled and did not look clean and I had to wash them before going to bed. I wouldn’t recommend the house to friends.
Nice accommodations conveniently located near Hillcrest area. Fenced yard was an added bonus for our small pups!

Very disappointed in the cleanliness
I was there for cancer testing at UAMS so my immune system is compromised. We walk in the place smells musty, the refrigerator and freezer have left over food in them. Baseboards are filthy in the kitchen and bathroom. I have pictures to back this up. I was told the house was being cleaned before we got there definitely not the case. The beds and bathtub were clean. The rug in the living room looked like there had been a chip party. Will not rebook this place and will not recommend it to anyone. We love the C street area we’ve stayed in two other places on C street. Can’t express how disappointed this house was.
Great location if you are headed to Statehouse Convention Center. There were 5 in our group and it was a perfect fit. There were restaurants and a Starbucks just two blocks away. We were able to make meals easily with the provided kitchen options.
