Adorable, renovated 1800's Farmhouse in the rolling hills of Northeastern Pennsylvania. This cutie sits on a quiet unpaved road that is perched on a hillside with nice countryside views. Step inside from classic covered porch to the warmth of wood floors and a wood burning stove or maybe take a soak in the clawfoot tub. Enjoy the charm of an original farmhouse and the convenience of an updated Kitchen, windows, electric, plumbing, furnace, roof and septic. Close to the Delaware River and Centrally located between the happening towns of Narrowsburg and Callicoon. Furry friends are welcome.

What I love about this house is its quietness. It is so easy to relax and unwind. There are so many great restaurants within a short distance from the house. Hiking and biking are just outside your door. Dogs and cats are welcome.

Too brief

We were attending Bethel Woods (outlaw tour), and stayed 2 nights. Very cute place. Well provisioned too, which surprised us, happily. Well stocked with books, music, puzzles. Communication and instructions were clear, and Karen was very responsive. Great place!

Good vibes

Cozy and clean place. I did not feel the house vibe was too uptight on the guests, but it was clean. The bedding was soft crisp white linens. ike walking on eggshells. It was clean, tidy, and organized. Cute touches like a grand puzzle for guests to piece. We were super warm and cozy there relaxing by the wood fireplace. Nice thoughtful touches.
