This is the best place to stay in Savannah!! It was perfect walking distance to everything we needed and easy drive or uber downtown. The host was so sweet and communicative. We cannot wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of downtown and incredibly walkable. The home was the perfect base for exploring everything Savannah has to offer. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be near the center of it all!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The home had so much Savannah charm and was exactly what our group needed while we were in town for a conference. The host was responsive, communicative, and easy to work with throughout our stay.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was a noticeable damp or musty smell in parts of the house, almost as if there had been some past water damage. It wasn't a dealbreaker for us, but it may be something to consider if you have significant allergies or sensitivities. It's possible this has already been addressed since our visit.Other than that, the property was wonderful. Great location, plenty of character, and a comfortable place to stay. We would definitely consider staying again.

This is a beautiful old townhouse conveniently located in the Savannah historic district. The owner was very responsive to questions and provided timely guidance. There was plenty of room for our family of 7. Our kids were quite taken with the vintage video game arcade! The living room was small but comfortable and the dining room seated all of us easily. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Two thermostats kept us comfortably cool in the hot Savannah summer. Parking was easy, both on premises and on the street. A great place!

This spot has a lot of charm. Worked great for our friend reunion with having an open feel on the main floor and two nice outdoor spots to hang out as well. The communication with Chris the host was always prompt and the place was very clean when we arrived.

We had an absolutely fantastic three‑week stay! The location was unbeatable — everything we wanted to do was just minutes away, which made our trip incredibly easy and enjoyable. Our group had a lovely stay here in the quietest part of Savannah. One group member stayed at the Andaz and regretting not staying with us. Beautiful place and Chris was very responsive to questions. We would (and plan to) absolutely book again.

We had a great stay! Our group consisted of 2 couples and 1 single adult. There was plenty of space and we enjoyed hanging out together in the living and dining rooms. Off-street parking was great! Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and Forsyth Park!

Very nice home located within 20 min walk to most of downtown and Parks. The house was spacious and clean. The showers did have some mold growing in them. The host was very attentive and flexible with us coming/leaving from the airport and was able to drop luggage off.
