The simple studio (apartment in a cottage) with a small fully equipped kitchenette (incl. Nespresso coffee machine and kettle) and separate shower / WC is located high above Lake Maggiore in the village of Gordemo.

The covered seating area with a luxurious and comfortable lounge offers a wonderful view across Lake Maggiore to Italy. The small pool (in operation from approx. In mid-May and sharing with the upper apartment - Property No. 2538913) invites you to cool down and relax in summer. The area is characterized by vineyards, walls and small squares and offers a relaxing retreat at any time of the day.

Access is from the street via about 100 steps. For the upper part there is a stairlift available. There is no private parking. However, there is ample parking along the Via Passaroro or in the village square.

Additional costs:

Final cleaning: once per object costs in the amount of 70 CHF (obligatory).
Towels: to be rented once per person for 5 CHF (optional).
Bed linen: to rent once per person for 20 CHF (optional).
Pet: per object and day included in the price (compulsory).

Fantastic view and very nice place

The view is just amaizing and the place very confortable. However, be aware there are about 100 steps to get there, so if you have health issues or pregnant, I recommend you go somewhere else.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und der Pool ist phantastisch. Die Ausstattung vom Studio ist eher einfach, aber bei dem Preis und Blick ist das ok.

Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht

Eine tolle Unterkunft mit traumhafter Aussicht. Wir haben dies sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und in herrlicher Umgebung. Sie hat eine tolle Terrasse mit guten Gartenmöbeln und einem eigenen Swimmingpool. Super bei heißen Sommertemperaturen :-) Der Zugang ist so wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben und etwas beschwerlich, aber mit dem Treppenlift wird er erleichtert. Vielen herzlichen Dank den freundlichen Vermietern für alles, ihre Gastfreundschaft, ihre Begrüßung und ihre schnelle Reaktion auf alle Fragen.
