Loved the housing community

Great house but a little far from the beach

Beautiful modern & clean house. Located beside the pool which was great as there was no need to walk or drive to the pool (there is v limited parking for that). It would’ve been nice if the porch had more than 2 seats so that the 6 of us could’ve sat outside at night. I think they could’ve squeezed in a porch swing and some bench seating. The 6 seater golf cart was a lifesaver because the beach is a lot further than we expected. Be aware of every parking rule in the book! We got a ticket our 2nd day and narrowly avoided another. Our friends got 2 tickets in 4 days!! $100 a pop!! There are a few good restaurants nearby but we found reservations tough. Walk ins had a 1.5-2hr wait time. So be prepared and try to book ahead. Overal a great vacation on a very busy 30A beach neighborhood in July!!

Very fun stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very fun stay at this house. The house itself is super cute. We were somewhat disappointed at the cleanliness of the house on arrival. Bedding was very clean. However, we had to sweep the floor and wipe the counters and main shower ( hair was present ) Also some of the dishes in the cupboard were not clean. BBQ was also dirty. So we spent the first hour of arrival doing this. After that the house was great. Oh and house manual, pool passes and keys were not where we were told they were. They were in random different drawers in the kitchen. Also oversee agent told us we didn’t need a pool code which was incorrect. So people had to keep letting us in. Again, the house itself is very nice :)
