This former water mill straddling a river in the middle of the countryside between Marnay and Gençay is a lovely peaceful place to spend your holiday. Ground floor: entrance hall featuring the mill wheel gearing and steel pillars supporting the millstones, lounge with open fire, kitchen and scullery, 2 wheelchair-friendly bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) opening onto a fenced terrace, disabled bathroom and 1 WC. First floor: the old miller's room as been converted into a large lounge with wide-screen TV and a corridor opening onto 6 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Second floor: 1 bedroom with 5 single beds, 1 bedroom with 6 single beds and 1 bedroom with a super king bed and a single bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 WC. Each bedroom has its own distinctive décor. There is a large reception room that can accommodate up to 255 guests. Perfect for family gatherings, business seminars, sport events... The terrace of 200 m long is enclosed and secure for young children. Pets are welcome. Do not hesitate to consult us for the numerous activities to be made in the region!
