The house was beautiful inside. Rooms spacious. Location was great! Everywhere we went was really close. Screened in porches need some updating. Had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

It was a beautiful property, although could definitely use a little TLC. The icemaker & coffee maker were not working properly...although we made do and not a deal breaker.The A/C conked-out the first night and that was a very uncomfortable evening for all of our guests, but they did get it fixed and hopefully it will not be an issue moving forward.The spa and firepit were a nice touch.

Wonderful girls getaway!

We enjoyed all the amenities here and especially the close to proximity to the Pinehurst Spa and driving into Southern Pines. House is well laid out and thoughtful about what was provided. Would recommend!

Father / Son Golf Weekend

We had 8 adults for a father / son weekend. Place was great. Game room with multiple TVs and hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a round of golf.

Thanksgiving and Carolina/Clemson Gameday in Pinehurst

We spent a wonderful 4 days together with our family in Pinehurst!! Great house with lots of amenities and close proximity to Pinehurst Village, Southern Pines, great restaurants, and, of course, plenty of golf courses!! Hope to be able to stay at the property again!!

Great House for Hosting

Golf trip with some friends from all around the NC area. The house was perfect for us. Everyone had their own bed, plenty of space and the outdoor patio is great. The game room was awesome for March Madness. Would come back and stay again.

Great Stay for a Golf Trip

This place was perfect for a guys golf trip. Location was great, neighborhood was not too far from any of the courses, restaurants, etc. that we went to. Having a game room and outdoor patio area was a huge plus during our trip! Only constructive feedback I have is that there may need to be a pest service done now that the temps have warmed up. Would definitely book this place again!

Lovely trip

Great house for a holiday week with family. Lots of beds and baths, two living rooms, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood, great communication with host. Poker table, darts, board games, tvs provided lots of things to do indoors. Although we didn’t have time this visit, there was a large outdoor yard, screened patio, hot tub, grill, fireplace, etc outside. Great stay.

Property was mediocre. Outsoor area looked like it had not been cleaned from partiers from previous stay. Cigarette packs, debris, and beer cans, pile of ashes in outdoor fireplace. Gameroom cabinets looked partially rehabbed with tools and shelves lying inside. House felt like it was still being reno’d a bit. Bedrooms and baths were clean. Living room, kitchen also clean. Nice open floor plan. Would be nice if wood were offered, even if extra charge. Property gets an overall 3 stars but has potential for 4 stars.

Perect house to stay in the heart of golf country

All was very good. Bathrooms other than 'master' very small. Hot tub outstanding, new and clean. Asked about carbon monoxide detector (uncertain if smoke detector was combo) and host had one delivered immmediately. Hot water heater did not work on last morning. Was unable to reach host as our stay had expired. Assuming it was detected and repaired.
