Central heating (oil-fired). Private enclosed courtyard and shared enclosed grounds with outdoor furniture, ping-pong table, and garage. Sheet rental available. A small, enclosed garden with flowers, a bocce court, and a ping-pong table for this attached but independent holiday rental, very comfortably furnished and located near Futuroscope and the Saint-Cyr recreation park (fishing, sailing, swimming, and golf) 13 km away.
