Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it comprises a 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 × 200).

- Separate WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

- A 6 m² balcony, south-west facing with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Nancy, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
