The Pearl is tucked away in a quiet and cozy townhome community about a 7 min walk to the beach with a lake view. Whether you are sitting on the patio or 2nd floor balcony you will find time to relax and enjoy what the Emerald Coast has to offer. You have multiple beach accesses to choose from. We are also minutes to the best outlet shops in the Panhandle, dining and grocery stores.
