The best places in the world have sun, sand, and waves—all of which you can find in Destin! And you can enjoy it all at Mainsail 423, a lovely condo full of sunshine and cozy accommodations. Located in Miramar Beach and perched on the sugary coastline, it boasts convenient beach access and pretty views. The condo embodies relaxation, making it great for a laidback beach getaway! This unit has two bedrooms and can entertain up to seven vacationers.

The living room features a plush couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. A matching loveseat and an ocean-inspired armchair complete the seating ensemble. The setup is centered on a vibrant blue rug. A round coffee table provides space for your drinks and snacks. Across from the couch, there is a large flatscreen TV mounted atop a wooden credenza. Next to the living room, a table and four chairs make up the casual dining area. It sits beside a floor-to-ceiling window and a sliding glass door, which opens onto a furnished balcony. From here, you can enjoy views of the beach and palm trees. Back inside, the kitchen is on the other side of the living room. It has white cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a modern tile backsplash. In the center, a large island with raised chair seating offers a laidback spot for serving your favorite drinks and snacks.

The primary suite is bright and sunny, featuring a large sliding glass door that accesses the balcony. The room also has a king-size bed, light wood furnishings, and a TV. Its ensuite primary bath includes a tub/shower combo. In the guest bedroom, you will find a twin-over-full bunk and a window. The room has access to a full hall bath.

Guests staying at Mainsail receive access to additional resort amenities, including two swimming pools. One of these is right across from the beach. The pool, hot tub, and kid’s wading pool are surrounded by an expansive sundeck furnished with sun loungers. BBQ grills are provided nearby for grilling poolside meals. The other pool is located on the condo’s north side. Other family-friendly amenities include an exercise room, tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, and an arcade room.

One of the best parts about staying at the Mainsail is its superb beachfront locale. It takes less than a minute to get to the soft sandy shores from your rental. Because of its close proximity, it’s also easy to run back to your unit if you’ve forgotten something, need to reapply sunscreen, want to grab a snack, or need a quick midday nap! In addition to the beach, Miramar Beach is close to everything you need to make your paradise getaway memorable—from restaurants to grocery stores to retail centers to coastal entertainment.
