Great communication, great location and outstanding view!! A few minor issues, ceiling fan inop, a noisy upstairs tenate, and the 2 chairs in the living room could use a cleaning.
Outstanding location to catch the sun rise and sunset.
Chairs could use some cleaning or replacement.

Great stay!

We loved the Windancer. The condo is nicely updated, clean and spacious. Having a heated pool in March was awesome. It is conveniently located close to everything that we wanted. We loved the view of the Gulf and being on the beach.

My husband and I enjoyed our week on the beach. The rental is accurately listed and was clean. Easy check in instructions provided. We enjoyed having the beach chairs and umbrellas available each day. Would definitely recommend staying here

Wonderful!

We had the best getaway here! It was perfect! The amenities were modern, the view was amazing, and the bed was SO comfortable! Grocery store is a block away, and a nice place to eat on the beach is less than 1/2 mile away. We will definitely be back! We loved it

Awesome Rental

Very pleased with rental. Walk out your door and be on the beach! Extremely clean and fully stocked with anything you might need. I would most definitely stay here again. Close to everything!

Spring Break 2024

We have a very nice stay at this condo! The location is fabulous- oceanfront! The best part of staying on the beach is that you can walk right out to the water in just a few short steps The condo was clean, and well equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay- The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time!

The refrigerator was not working. A small refrigerator was brought in without ice box. We had to eat out all week. I requested a partial refund but it never came. Other than that the condo was ok. We have stayed in this complex for 4 years. We were on the 3 floor and could hear the kids running upstairs the whole time. We left this condo a day early and couldn’t wait to get out.

Great Family Vacation

We loved our experience and stay at Windancer! Our kids LOVED the bunk beds and pool. There were lots of families staying at the same time which was great because our kids were able to make new friends. The condo was very clean and honestly, better than we expected. It was a peaceful area and we loved the private beach with the 2 beach chairs included in our stay. Brandon was great! We will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful views + great place=happy family

The condo is as described-views from the balcony overlook the ocean and the pool. Steps from the beach and pool mean extra time to relax. Chair service is an extra nice perk. Plenty of pillows/linens/towels. Fully accessorized kitchen. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful

This place is fantastic! It’s a smaller condo complex that is directly on the beach. This condo had everything you need to make your home away from home on the beach. I wanted to extend my stay, but unfortunately it was booked. I will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The check in process was very simple. I received excellent communication from a concierge asking if we needed anything at all. The unit was very clean and updated with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. We watched dolphins while drinking coffee on the balcony every morning. Short walking distance to the private beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better week at the beach!!! We’ll definitely go back!

Great condo but POOR communication

The unit is very neat and well laid out. We enjoyed our time there. The only major issue we had was that there was absolutely NO contact from the property manager or their representattive. We were instructed that we would be contacted between 24 and 48 hours prior to our stay by someone. That never happened. Absolutely no contact before nor after arrival other than a request for review. We had a couple of questions prior to arrival and had no way to ask or get answered. Great condo, POOR management skills.

All of our communication was sent to the phone number on file for your reservation. In the rental contract that you signed, we specifically ask if there is a different number communications should be sent to. Seven different messages were sent to your phone number. In addition, since you booked through VRBO, had you reached out through them about communication, we could've easily updated the phone number. We are so glad you loved the condo. We hope you choose to stay with us again to experience the 5 star reviews were are accustomed to getting (mostly due to great communication :)
