It's time to treat yourself and choose a unit that's made the upgrades you want and the views you deserve. Unit 212 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This second floor unit offers views for miles, a Gulf-Front Pool (Heated in the cooler months), and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs and one umbrella set up every day free of charge) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is absolutely amazing, the access to the beach is wonderful! Area is quiet, secluded parking but close to everything we needed. The condo was well equipped also.

My family and I visited Windancer room 212 for our vacation in June and was very pleased. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We had all of the accommodations we needed for the week. The location was close to anything we needed, some in walking distance! The beach was clean and not very crowded, and we had chairs for the whole week which was very convenient! The owner checked on us to make sure we checked in without any problems and to see if we needed anything. Would highly recommend for a nice quiet family getaway!

Nice corner condo

Nice condo overlooking the beautiful white sand on the Emerald Coast. We liked having the end/corner unit because we had extra windows giving us a great view of the gulf from inside. The balcony view was beautiful. Loved the chair service each day on the beach. Nice bike path to Destin, shops, and restaurants. Very convenient to have bathrooms for guests near beach/pool. The pool is a little small and has limited chairs, but we enjoyed it—water temp was perfect. Huge shopping center just minutes away.

Location Location 💜

This was our first visit to the Destin area and as seniors we were looking for that small complex close to the beach with very minimal walking steps …elevator to powdered sugar sand to waves. It was very nice to have the chairs set up every day for us. They don’t provide beach towels so bring your own or use your bath towel. The deck is a killer view.Plenty of restaurants and golf in the area. We especially liked The Wine Bar….I have a fish allergy so can not recommend most seafood choices.We intend to return.

Loved absolutely everything about the condo except the bed (personal preference, just wish the bed was softer). The view was amazing, the condo was very well maintained and very clean! The pool area was very clean! Loved that they provided extras like little shampoo and conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, several dishwashing packets and even packets for a load or 2 of laundry. Loved that the condo only consists of 48 units which makes for a less crowded beach! Beach service was top notch and loved that there was nice clean bathrooms when walking to the beach gate. The best part was someone checking in daily to see if anything was needed and making sure we was enjoying our stay. 10/10 would recommend this unit!! Will definitely be back!!

Right on the beach. Very clean. Liked the way the bathrooms were situated. Furnished nicely. Had a problem with a new TV, after a few texts, problem was resolved, even over Thanksgiving holiday.
