Located in the heart of popular Miramar Beach is your next gulf front vacation destination-Huntington by the Sea 306! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has just been completely renovated and can accommodate 7 guests. Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from not only the living room but your master bedroom, as well. Lounging on the balcony and taking in the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico is sure to make you smile. The master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom also has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has 2 full beds and a full bathroom is conveniently located in the hall. The couch provides a queen sleeper and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. You and your guests may choose to sit at the large dining table that seats 6 or lounge at the kitchen bar that has 4 seats.

Although it’s hard to tear yourself away from this spectacular view, you can always take advantage of the complexes amenities which include a beautiful pool (heated Jan 15- Apr 15), grilling area, private beach access, and this unit comes with 2 complimentary chairs plus an umbrella (March 1st through November 25th). It’s truly hard to find many buildings that give the private relaxing feel of a low-density condo like Huntington by the Sea! Close by, you’ll find plenty to enjoy in Miramar Beach, Destin, and Santa Rosa Beach. You can visit Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, or take a scenic drive down historic 30a. There’s ample dining and shopping opportunities close by as well as several meticulously manicured golf courses. If you’re ready to get adventurous, there are plenty of rental companies nearby to add fun to your vacation with everything from golf carts, wave runners, kayaks, scooters, bikes, and more!

Favorite new spring break location

Our family took our first trip to Destin for spring break and absolutely loved the condo as well the location. The room was everything we needed and clean. We loved waking up on the beach and listening to the waves all night. We could walk to restaurants and shopping. The deck was great and we had a fantastic time there!

We love Huntington by the Sea

This is our fourth time to stay at Huntington by the Sea and we love it! The beach service is wonderful! The pool is nice! There is plenty of room for my family of 5 in the condo. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!

We visit Miramar-Destin as often as possible and have stayed at other properties along the coast. Without pause, this was as nice as any of the places we’ve stayed in the past. Right on the beach, updated unit and close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would clearly visit Huntington again in the future.

We have stayed at Huntington By the Sea for several years and love the property. The beach and pool are amazing! This unit was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The balcony doors open wide in both the living room and master to let in all the amazing ocean air! Communication was quick and easy and we when were checked on during our stay and received recommended activities for the area. Thanks for an amazing week!

We loved this condo. It was super clean and spacious. The balcony overlooked the fabulous gulf view. We cooked in the condo (well equipped kitchen) and ate on the balcony se real nights. Definitely enjoyed the beach service (chairs and umbrella included) on the beach and the pool was clean and relaxing. Everything about this property is great. We enjoyed walking to surf hut for lunch (fried shrimp and oysters were phenomenal!).
