The apartment Hunau 1 is equipped with two bedrooms, a living and dining area with a kitchenette, TV and WiFi, and a bathroom with shower. From the apartment you have a direct access to the large terrace, which is equipped with a barbecue, as well as seating and lounging possibilities.

Our house is located in Oberkirchen, a district of Schmallenberg. In this house there are 5 apartments with 4 beds each. The apartments have 2 bedrooms with double bed, a bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a living room (with TV-Sat) with a well-equipped kitchenette. There are in the basement of the house a storage room for ski equipment, bicycles, etc. The outdoor complex consists of a large terrace divided into three levels with sitting areas. For this purpose we provide you with a barbecue and Sonnenligen, as well as three parking spaces directly at the house and two parking spaces 100m away from the house for free use.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Insgesamt ok. Die Heizung war allerdings komplett abgestellt und das bei -Graden. Zwei Heizkörper funktionierten sogut wie gar nicht und trotz Meldung kam keine Rückmeldung bzw das Problem wurde nicht behoben. Bei Ankunft waren sehr viele kleine Fliegen oder ähnliches in der Dusche und es gab einige größere Spinnen in den Ecken. Die Vorhänge zur Terasse sind ganz kurz, sodass die anderen Bewohner, die von außen auf die Terasse gehen können, einen super Blick in das Wohn-/Esszimmer der Wohnung haben. Der Preis war allerdings gut, für die Ausflugsziele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Bewohner der anderen Wohnungen gut hören kann. Außerdem befindet sich das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße.

Sehr gute Lage, gemütlich, aber Potential nach oben

Eins vorweg: wir (3 Erwachsene) haben unseren Kurzaufenthalt von 3 Nächten in der Terrassenwohnung im EG durchaus genossen, aber es gibt Abstriche. Nicht gefallen hat uns: gesamte Einrichtung und Inventar vom Billigsten, spärliche Ausstattung (z.B. kein(e) Gewürze, Speiseöl, Filtertüten, Nudelsieb, Wandhaken/Handtuchhalter im Bad, Abdunklung der Schlafzimmer, Aschenbecher für außen). Alles recht minimalistisch! Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis daher unseres Erachtens nicht stimmig. Jetzt zum Positiven: wir fanden die helle Wohnung und auch den netten Außenbereich gemütlich, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Vermieterin hat uns 2 Stunden früher einziehen lassen (!), sehr gute Lage im schönen Oberkirchen mit mehreren Gaststätten und super Zugang zu Wanderwegen, 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Betten, ausreichende Wohnungsgröße, Außengrill/Toaster/Kaffeemaschine/Wasserkocher/TV mit Radiomöglichkeit vorhanden, 2 Parkplätze am Haus, heiße Dusche mit Druck, ausreichend Handtücher, direkter Zugang zur Terrasse. Alles in allem waren wir also zufrieden, aber es gibt doch Luft nach oben. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert!
