With its modern-meets-organic design, the home is rich in texture and tone—exposed white-and-grey brick, steel accents, warm woods, and soft textiles create a visual rhythm that’s both soothing and sophisticated. The main living space is open and airy, anchored by a stylish living room and a spacious kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, an apron sink, and a generous island for serving or gathering. A breakfast bar and dining table round out this space.

The first-floor master suite offers serene privacy with a king bed, 55" TV, and an en suite bath featuring a double vanity and spa-inspired finishes. Sliding doors lead to the back porch and grilling area, perfect for morning coffee or sunset dinners.

Upstairs, you’ll find a bonus game room complete with a foosball table, a second 55" TV, and access to a covered porch overlooking the property. A second master suite offers another king bed, en suite bath with walk-in tiled shower, and a 55" TV for relaxed evenings in. The additional guest rooms are thoughtfully designed: one with another king bed and TV, and the other a flexible family-style space with two twin beds, custom bunk beds, and a queen bed—ideal for kids, cousins, or the young-at-heart. Outside, Aquaholic continues to impress. Both front and back porches are outfitted with custom-built bench seating, a love seat, dining table, and a gas grill, all overlooking a manicured lawn. The rental was perfect for our family. The location is quiet yet very close to the beach scene. We loved that the rooms had king beds for all the couples. The large 6 seat golf cart was a great bonus for traveling the beach roadway. Great communication with the host and were very prompt to fix one small issue with the washer. Will definitely stay here again.

Family trip to Destin

The property was very clean everything that we needed was included in the property. It was nice to have the golf cart. I felt like everything was very seamless. The only thing I wish is instead of just dropping a pen that they would attach an address so we knew exactly where we were going. Besides that I would recommend this as there was a lot of room and the closest to the beach was very good.

I will give 7/10 just bc it needs cleaning for the 2 things I said in text.

Good beach vacation house

This property is conveniently located near the beach. It’s not directly on scenic gulf drive, so you can be tucked away from all of the beach goers. The house is beautiful. We would consider this house again for future visits.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was accommodating for our family of 5 (3 under 5) and nanny. The home came with a crib which we found convenient. We had plenty of room and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Would definitely stay again!

We’ve been to the Destin/Mirimar area for years and this has been my favorite stay. The house roomy, all the rooms felt like masters and was VERY clean. The pools were a good size and the neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. The golf cart was the nicest one we had as well. We plan on staying here again!

Great location

The house is beautiful and I personally loved the way it was decorated. Both king beds were very firm so a bit uncomfortable for us but not a deal-breaker. Kids enjoyed the bikes and community pools. Great house for families. I do suggest renting the golf cart as it’s a good walk to the beach.

The house was clean and in good condition. It is well stocked to meet all of your needs during your stay. It was nice to have washer and dryers on both floors of the house. The neighborhood is in close proximity to the beach. The golf cart was a nice bonus to get around to places nearby. We had a great vacation!

Great fall get-away

We had an amazing time at this house. There were 4 women in our party - girls trip!! We all had our own rooms and we’re very comfortable. We used the golf cart every day to go to the beach, shopping, and dining. It was only a 4 minute walk to the beach but we took chairs and coolers so the cart was easier. I highly recommend this house!

Family spring break

House was really nice neighborhood was good. Biggest think was I rented this house because it came with a golf cart saved us 800/900 dollars. But it golf carts battery wouldn’t last long and took 8 hrs to charge. We have had electric golf carts in the past and they were way better than this. Our friends had an electric golf cart and their battery would last way longer than ours and wouldn’t take very long to charge back up. Very disappointing because we were planning on using that for a lot of stuff and we didn’t get to use it very often.

I had a problem we lock are self out of the condo call the cleaning people they want 75 dollars to come and let us in but I got the owner phone number I called him and he told me how to get in not the first time it happened the owner was the nicely a person a guy could talk to i rent the place in a heart beat no question ask the nices place i ever rent in florida

Very roomy and clean vacation home

We were very pleased with this property. There was plenty of room for everyone in our party and this home was very comfortable. Some females in our group wanted better water pressure ( I thought it was fine). A suggestion I have is door mats to help keep the floors clean and sand from being walked into the house. The golf cart came in very handy, but it was still a challenge at times to find a parking space at the beach. For those who carry only a couple of things to the beach, it is a fairly short walk. We would definitely rent this home again. The pros far outweigh the couple of minor drawbacks mentioned.
