Modern farm 2b 2b Walkout Basement Apartment - Falcon , CO

Welcome to our new, basement apartment. This suite is 1800 sf and is private and separated from our upstairs unit with a separate entrance.
THE SPACE:

Make yourself at home ! While we live upstairs, you’ll have an entire private space to yourself, including a separate back entrance and patio.

The suite is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath + a cozy living area featuring a 65” TV .
The living area also comes with a kitchenette and everything you need to prep and eat a meal. A full Fridge, double burner electric hotplate , instant pot, microwave, air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, and utensils/cups/plates will be available for use. Napkins, Paper towel, and cleaning products to get you started. Additionally, you’ll have a washer and dryer all to yourself!

Master Bedroom 1 features a King bed. With an attached Bathroom tub/shower in the Master Bedroom.

Bedroom 2 features a full bed, and twin bunk beds along with a large walk-in closet for lots of luggage storage.

*Shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and other toiletry items are provided for your stay!

Wi-Fi - Our internet has the capability to plug in. You’ll definitely be able to “work from home” and Zoom with your co-workers or clients.

GUESS ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire lower-level of our property. There are some steps to walk down to get to the back entrance.

Wonderful place!

Stayed here with my mom, father and aunt. All of us were extremely impressed at the cleanliness, size, and all of the amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and having a washer and dryer was very nice! We would definitely recommend it and hope to be able to stay there again sometime.

We rented this property for a local family celebration. The property was easy to find, secure, clean and well stocked. A few noisy moments from house owners upstairs, but it was a holiday weekend and schools had ended for the year. We would stay there again if property was available.

We cannot rave enough about our stay on Colorado Springs. Donna was an awesome hostess, assisting and accommodating us at every turn. The apartment is well stocked with everything needed (and some things we didn't even know we needed.) Beds and pillows were wonderful and made the nights and next mornings easy. Everything was immaculate and created a welcoming "happy" place for us as we began our Colorado trip. If you are looking for a Colorado Springs place to stay, Donna's spot is perfect. Thank you, Donna, for being an outstanding vacation host.

This place has it all! The entire lower level, 1800SF is all yours. Everything is brand new, 2 nicely furnished bedrooms and bathrooms, beautiful kitchen, huge TV, thoughtfully furnished with new appliances and everything we needed. Our 5-day stay left us wanting to stay longer, with some of the best whitewater rafting in the U.S. (on the Arkansas River - Royal Gorge) just 1 1/2 hours away. Convenient shopping in Falcon, including a Walmart. Donna was responsive to our questions, check-in was a breeze, and the price was an incredible value.

Good but the communication I felt lacking to some degree.

Although I found the VRBO property to be clean and as described in the reviews for the most part, upon my arrival there was no WiFi. Due to not having WiFi, it was not possible to reach the host for over two hours (through the VRBO message app) to let them know I had no WiFi. Messages weren’t going through. The TV was out (the entire stay) and the NEST also inaccessible Friday to change thermostat since all are linked on WiFi. Eventually reached the host and they said the WiFi had been out since morning due to work in the area. Although that may have been the case, the host should have informed the guest prior to or upon arrival since so much is inaccessible.

PERFECT

Only good things to say!!!! The space was enormous and immaculate. Dressed all in white it felt pristine. One bedroom had a king and a "full" fold down futon. The second bedroom had a bunk and a full bed and the livingroom sofa that could sleep 4/5 people. If you have a LARGE crew, this is the place for you...lots of sleeping space. There were lovely upscale touches, like Calvin Klien Towels, Starbucks coffee mugs, the cutest "ball" mason jars for glasses, lovely wine glasses and a gorgeous choice of bathroom tile. I was an interior designer and these are the kinds of things I notice and make an impression on me. The bed was super comfy with all the accompanying pillows...and the sheets were luxurious! There was a propane firepit outside the door with a sofa around it. The first night we were there we enjoyed a little pseudo campfire exprerience with a glass of wine. There were some hiccups in their technology but they were very accomodating to kicking up the heat with their own thermostat. We were there for Thanksgiving and I have never experienced such a cold turkey day before. They were so generous. They responded to requests and questions immediately. They live upstairs but it seemed they were right on top of their internet communication. They seemed very sweet and gracious...and wished us and our family, who we were there to visit, a wonderful Thanksgiving. PERFECT is the ONLY word to describe our stay.

Senior Class Trip

Only gave 5 stars because 6 wasn't an option. Beautiful, spacious basement accommodation. Clean, fresh, inviting decor. Donna was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The four HS grads w me on the trip loved the living room and big flat-screen. Nice coffee bar and basic kitchen equipment. We cooked a couple of evening meals and grilled. My group is still talking about how great it was two days later. Would stay here again without question, would highly recommend. Thank you for a great stay!!

Fantastic place to stay! Great people!

I could go on for days about how fantastic this stay was. The location is just far enough outside of the springs to find the perfect balance of peace and proximity. The property owner was amazing and a delight. Last but not least; the place was very spacious and clean. You can tell that quality and comfort were paramount and attention to detail is reflected in the extra amenities from the coffee bar to the toiletries. There was more than enough room for my family of 5. Look no further for your next Colorado vacation stay.
