A perfect place for wedding or large groups

The manager was awesome and quick to respond. The beds were comfortable. It was quite and all the wedding decor was beautiful. We had 33 guest and it was a perfect set up for the wedding. We saved a lot of money, just using their decor.

We just had our wedding at the Rosa Villa. All our guest loved the venue. I’ve already had several people ask for the details on how to rent it because they loved it. Being able to provide a place to stay for all of our family who travelled from out of town and spend the weekend with all of them was exactly what we wanted and at Rosa Villa we were able to do all that. The house had everything we needed and more. The host was always responsive, answered any questions I had. Loved , loved having our very special day here.

Beautiful and great host!

It was a beautiful home with everything you need in it. We had our wedding and it was better than we imagined. Water pressure was good, the hot water was great considering here were over 20 people. The games they had kept the children entertained. The host was so nice and helpful with any questions we had. My parents left their dress and suit and she said she would ship it to us. So helpful and sweet!

Majority of the stay was smooth and incident less.

Large Kitchen with all utensils and accessories, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms made the stay very comfortable. Outside space was very good and well lit. Lot of options for outdoor games. 28 people can very comfortably sleep. Additional airbeds were available. Only issue was grill and fireplace which could have been cleaned before arrival. Super responsive host made it easy to stay. Overall good experience. Will definitely repeat this location

The pictures online for the property aren’t close to what it is in person. It will get very muddy if it rains. The water when taking showers just acts a mess and is back and forth with water pressure. The inside of th house was beautiful lots of rooms and space. I was told something’s when viewing the property would be done before our wedding and it wasn’t. We did have a good time with our wedding even with it raining during the reception. It is good for price because you get it for three days verses getting a venue where you have one day to do everything. There is decorations you can use or not. Tables and chairs etc.

Not exactly what the pictures show online

There was a bit of false advertisement with the rooms. We had a large party (34) and we thought surely there were enough rooms and beds but not really. The house itself is spacious though. There is no wifi and the signal is horrendous. We had hot water issues, but thankfully the owners came and fixed it. Last but not least, THE DOGS! We were not told there would be wild dogs that would come and eat the trash and make a mess. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand, not after several bad experiences. Overall experience wasn’t terrible, but I wish the descriptions were a little more accurate.

Place was huge

There are more than enough of spaces to do all kind of outdoor and indoor activities. We really like the spacious pavilion. The owner didn't prepared enough trash bags, toilet paper, and paper tower. We ended up buying them ourselves from HEB and Walmart , which was about 10 minutes drive.

This place is great for private weddings lots of useful decorations ect. To use for a wedding /party

Ideal scenery for a private event hosting 50 plus people. The house is equipped with extra decorations that could be used for an event at no extra cost which is awsome !

Great place, clean, great for events.

This is the best place holding big weddings, team buildings, party events, etc. Well communicating from the owner, very warm and friendly services. Facility is very clean, very nice organized.
