Recently remodeled single family home ,two bedrooms, two baths. Sleeps 4 , I king size bed in master ,1 queen bed in 2 nd bedroom with twin pull out underneath , couch in living room pulls out . Blackout shades throughout house. Cozy, farmhouse style, fully equipped kitchen. Modern baths, master includes custom shower with dual heads and custom tile work , while the guest bath also features custom tile work, along with an extra deep tub. Incredible kitchen for hosting gatherings. Nice size, fenced in yard. Safe location, near airport and downtown. Elementary school less than 2 min walking distance. Close to shopping, restaurants, and local attractions; trail system. 5 min walk to Fish creek trail. Less than 3 miles to Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Several coffee shops within walking distance. High speed Internet included. Washer and dryer on site. Chest freezer available. Ample Parking, up to 5 vehicles.

Definitely a place to stay, has everything you need including with family. -Neighborhood is safe. -Close to downtown, Seward highway and shopping center and airport.

This house is absolutely perfect! The neighborhood is up and coming with a mix of fixed up and not fixed up homes. But don't let that fool you. We felt completely safe. Everything we needed was provided and the location is minutes to just about anything in Anchorage. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to stay the night post cruise . Extremely clean, the owner was so accommodating, house very well appointed with anything you might need, beds super comfy, master shower was amazing (especially after the dinky cruise shower all week), awesome remodeled kitchen with coffee maker/microwave/all dish and cookware. Located in a quiet residential area…some homes renovated and some in the process…we felt very safe though. 10 minute Uber to airport, several great restaurants within short drive. Great Wifi, large TV in living room. Perfect for two couples or a small family. I cannot express how glad we all were to have found this house, much better option than 2 hotel rooms, and soooo much more comfortable!!! Book it, you won’t regret!!

Perfectly located between the airport and railroad depot for several day trips from Anchorage. Comfortable home with all the amenities including a Nespresso machine. The blackout shades were much appreciated!

This is a wonderful house, very comfortable and the beds were amazing! Spotlessly clean and very well equipped with extras, the games and reading material was a nice touch. We appreciated the coffee machines and all the coffee. Thank you for making this a very successful visit.

Stay amongst it all but feel like you’re miles away

A truly central stay with glorious views out over the wharf and coastline. Walk to anything you want or need. Very well equipped apartment. Great clear concise communication with friendly owner. We had a very comfortable, enjoyable stay and would love to return in the future.

Great rental!

This is indeed a beautiful house. Not only was it clean and comfortable, everything we needed was there. Even things we didn’t think we needed. I appreciated the aleve in the bathroom cabinet when I arrived with a headache after a long day of travel. There were ample towels and blankets. All the furniture and linens were high quality.

Cute & Clean with unexpected Amenities

We enjoyed our stay in Anchorage. Bee was easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It also had a couple of unexpected amenities such as a full sound setup on the living room TV and an Amazon classic Bluetooth enabled speaker. My husband appreciated these features. The house was also close to downtown Anchorage and good restaurants. Highly recommend staying at this property.

Wonderful place!

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this rental that feels like a home, very relaxing. Large windows let in the sunlight (there are black out shades for sleeping). The kitchen is amazing- better than mine at home!! It is a cheerful place, very clean, new finishes and furnishings, and the amenities are all you could want. The beds are comfortable and they provide a selection of pillow types. The master bath is a spa experience! The location is central to shopping, entertainment, medical facilities, and trail systems. A great coffee shop within walking distance! It awaits summer and a fresh coat of paint on exterior but owner has that scheduled. I highly recommend this place and will stay here again.

It Works

Four guys staying one night to catch a flight the next morning. The communication was great and it was very clean. The description said it had 4 beds but it counted the sofa as a bed which I thought would pull out into a bed but it was just a sofa. Also there were no linens for it either. Had to grab extra pillow from other bed and a blanket.
