Situated in the old part of Oia, it is the ideal accommodation for a vacation of tranquility & recreation. The private outdoor hot tub for 2 persons is facing the Caldera and it offers the best choice for a romantic get away. Its sculpted rock architecture is unique and it has been beautifully decorated with inspiration and care by its owner, Maria, a Greek sculptor & painter.The villa is 25 steps away from the main pedestrian road and 2 min walking distance from shops, restaurants, galleries, bus & taxi terminal.There is a free parking place 2-3 minutes walking distance from GREEK PARADISE Cave House. It is 7 minutes drive from the beaches.
The villa has a master bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a double bed and one single bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a private shower-room & a veranda with panoramic view to the Caldera.

They were dug into the volcanic rock so as to be cool in the summer and warm in the winter. This is bioclimatic architecture. I have artistically decorated it and also updated the villa to protect against humidity. The panoramic views from the patio are breathtaking! Your "Cave winery" in the depths of GREEK PARADISE!

In our efforts to provide our guests with a truly one-of–a-kind island experience, a special space has recently been created deep in the interior of Greek Paradise cave house to provide our guests with a unique, cozy area to relax! This inner "nest" fits up to 4 people.
This second cave is in the depths of GREEK PARADISE cave house, off the bedroom. It is 2 meters under the level of the house allowing for comfortable temperatures throughout the seasons. Its round shape and its location deep down in the heart of the volcanic land will heighten your sense of calming contentment and fulfillment!
We have designed this space in the style of a Capilio, an old, traditional Greek tavern! After a day of exploring the island, lounge on the cushions & pillows and sip local wine to re-energize yourself! The wine, presented in an oak barrel, is homemade by an old islander from his grape vineyards in Oia. The wine is made and offered to you with love! Candles and a selection of music are also available to complement this romantic setting. We hope the cozy ambiance will add to your cave dwelling experience. Just enjoy!!!

There is TV, wi fi and telephone in the house (You can only receive phone calls or call only in Santorini for free). In the little cupboard there are some pharmacy aids.
Checking in time is at 15:00 at the earliest and checking out time is 11.00 at the latest.

The rate includes taxes and:

1) A welcome assortment of bottled mineral water, wine and juice upon arrival.
2) In our cave houses, we offer the following breakfast provisions: juice, honey, butter, peanut butter, merenda, 2 kinds of marmalade, a can of condensed milk, sugar, milk in individual portions, tea, 2-3 kinds of coffee, 2-3 kinds of cereal, cereal bars, toast, as well as fruits, yogurt, chocolates, smoked turkey, bread, cheese and biscuits, all packaged in portions following the instructions given by the WHO organization and the Greek Government. Enjoy breakfast on your private yard, with an amazing Caldera and sea view! In case you run out of one or more provisions, please let us know in advance in order to refill it.
There will be 2 bottles of mineral water in the fridge just to refresh you when you arrive. A Mini Market is opposite the KEP, our meeting point, just 20 meters before for your additional supply of water.
3) Maid service daily (April-October), twice a week (Nov-Mar), change bath and beach towels every two days, change sheet every three days.
4) Private outdoor hot tub for 2 persons (Jacuzzi) facing the Caldera (up to 37 Celsius)!Available all year long!
5) Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning.
6) By showing our card, you have discounts or free deserts to many restaurants in Oia and other towns in Santorini! For example a) You will be offered free desert with your meal at the most picturesque restaurant of Santorini 'AMMOUDI restaurant' in the port of Ammoudi!

You can take a boat trip around the volcano, explore an archaeological excavation of a 3000 year-old civilization, or perhaps visit some cultural museums. You can tour ancient Byzantine churches and charming wineries, or go trekking along the rim of the caldera and discover its traditional villages and stunning scenery. You can also ride on a donkey to the old port where you can go on an excursion to the volcano and swim in its hot springs. There is so much to do and this is the ideal place to enjoy doing it.
