The unit has a outdoor deck area with furniture for entertaining or lounging.
This has a luxurious modern contemporary style, a variety of restaurants and avant-garde facilities that are ideal for family vacations and beach weddings. This is a stunning luxury place! Why they chose this property
Luxury, great services (workout center, tennis, art classes, things for kids, live entertainment, and shopping, including a deli and grocery store), cleanliness, activities, wonderful beach. Nice beach on the Sea of Cortez, swimmable. On the Pacific side, swimming is forbidden...too dangerous. The location is great--away from the noise and crowds of in-town, yet has all of the amenities you could want. I feel safe here. I've been staying in the Cabo area since 1995, love the area and know it pretty well. There's a lot of various things to do in the area and I feel safe when being there.
The most fun I've had there was ATV-ing in the sand dunes. I always take a sunset cruise around the tip and ALWAYS have seen whales (I go Feb.-March/April).

What makes this property unique
Location, and ME. I have been going to Cabo since 1995 and have owned property there since 1996. Cabo is like a second home to me and I understand it pretty well. I also know some good places to eat, shop, visit, and have a great Margarita. Also, how to ward off "hawkers" and have adventures...and feel safe.
