Villa Violette, a beach house at Les Bourdaines in Seignosse
Nestled in a small, quiet condominium near Bourdaines beach in Seignosse, Villa Violette welcomes you for your holidays. Designed like a 1960s surf shack and renovated in 2024, it offers a spacious and bright living area with a large open-plan kitchen, a living room, and a dining area that opens onto a large, private terrace with wide benches and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The bright bathroom with toilet is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find two sleeping areas: an open-plan room (like a large mezzanine but with a very high ceiling) with a single bed, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed. Both of these areas have Large electric skylights. The house is equipped with a ceiling fan, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as beach towels for added comfort. A parking space is also available, along with access to the condominium's tennis court.
