It is a large family house with garden, surrounded by trees, set back, at the end of a cul-de-sac with 5 houses. In this quiet space, sleeps 9 spread over 5 large bedrooms, you are on the edge of the hiking trails through the fields and the village of Villers Bocage (80) offering all commercial, medical, cultural services (1 media library, a children's playground, a petanque court, a citypark, a small wood, the inevitable duck pond).

The house is simple, practical, pleasant, the country garden (partially mowed and not fully fenced because the main access 20 metres from the house remains open). You will find a ping-pong table and an outdoor hammock, a table football, a digital piano, a drum set, a guitar, 3 emergency bikes for short trips. 2 to 3 parking spaces at the end of the driveway in front of the house and 1 garage for bicycles and storage.
A screen in the common room but no TV (connect your computer!) internet access via your packages but no wifi. a CD DVD player, VHS and a Video library.
Sheets and towels are not provided.
The house is rented in the summer (June-September), so there is no heating available.
