About this property

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath lakefront home, was newly remolded in 2020. It features outstanding main lake views, quaint and cozy living, a hot tub and all the amenities any guest would need. There is a private structured boat dock for use of boating and swimming as well as plenty of room for parking for our guests. This property is also less than (<) 1 mile from Moors Resort where you can rent a boat, order pizza or dine out for great family friendly entertainment. We are sure you will love it here!

Family Fun

Great stay! The house is great! Our view of the lake was the best. The house was clean and spacious. There was room for all of us and our family dinners and gatherings. So many features to enjoy—hot tub, large deck, easily accessible dock. The location is also very close to the marina which we used daily. Highly recommend!

A little disappointed

Pros: Great location Views were amazing The master bedroom was very comfortable The downstairs area was great for the kids to hang out and play. Hot tub was nice and the kids enjoyed it. The walk down the steps to the boat dock really wasn’t that bad. Cons: There were a lot of bugs and spiders in and around the house. The deck and furniture outside were not very clean. I think investing in a power wash occasionally and a pest control would help with this. There was a small charcoal grill and you had to supply all of your own grilling tools and charcoal and you had to clean it when done. I think for what we were paying this should have been included. Also inside the stove and microwave were not very clean. The sinks and tubs didn’t drain that well. The curtains in the master bedroom did not allow for much privacy. There was not a ladder off the boat dock. The kids had to swim to the shore to get out and it was rocky and slippery and just not what we had in mind. Not very much water pressure in the showers. Overall I would not recommend this property and I would not stay here again.

Autumn million dollar view

Our family (adults) was looking for a very relaxing time. This place delivered. Two balconies facing the lake. Oct, the weather was perfect. Not much traffic on the lake. Plenty of common space inside to mingle. A little farther from Grand Rivers area than we first thought but drivable. Excellent stay. Thank you.
