Property found to have bed bugs infested in one bed. Property owner was unreachable and VRBO support was able to handle issue. We had to find other accommodations for our weekend.

As a precaution, I replaced the mattress, box spring, bed frame, pillows and all bedding (mattress pad, sheets, bedspread). I also had a professional exterminator do an additional extermination.

House was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for our party of 6 after a day of fishing. The only negative was the parking for our trucks and boats. The driveway is steep and there was barely enough room for two trucks with boats. The bottom of the driveway is narrow, which made it difficult to back our boats in.

The house was clean and had plenty of room available for a Christmas weekend with my high school girlfriends! There were 11 of us total and there were plenty of beds available. The location was perfect and Grand Rivers never disappoints!

Todd was very prompt with responding. The house was perfect and we loved getting to come home to lots of deer feeding right outside. It was peaceful and just seconds from the main part of Grand View but far enough to have privacy. We will be back!

The house was wonderful in many ways for our group of 12. It’s spacious with up-to-date furnishings. It features a well stocked kitchen with plenty of counter space. There was plenty of seating for meals with the kitchen table and island counter. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for that many showers. We look forward to booking here again next year!
