Welcome to La Dune, a spacious 40 m² studio located in La Barre-de-Monts. Fitted out on the ground floor of a large villa divided into three independent apartments, this studio offers the volume and comfort of a large apartment. Its location is exceptional: you are only 3 minutes from the port of Fromentine, the departure point for Île d'Yeu, and at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge.



Rare for a studio, La Dune stands out for its spacious living areas. You will discover a very cosy living room with television, followed by a friendly dining table for 4 people. The open, modern kitchen fully equipped with induction cooktops allows you to cook freely. The sleeping area consists of a huge bedroom with a double bed (160x200), two single beds (90x190) bunk beds and an armchair. A contemporary bathroom with a large shower and separate toilet complete the set.



To enjoy the Vendée sunshine, the studio opens onto a superb private terrace. Equipped with deck chairs and garden furniture, it's the perfect place to unwind in peace, have your meals outdoors or rest after a day of exploring the coastline.

Panorama Forest: Climb to the Pey de la Blet, the viewpoint of the state forest, for a 360° view of the ocean and the marsh.
