Attended my daughter’s graduation at Agnes Scott College, was close to Marta and many restaurants. House was in a perfect area. It was clean and had everything we needed for a nice stay.

The house was in a safe and good location for eating close by and commuting to work. We had a couple of small issues the first day but Jason’s team quickly responded to our needs and took care of them.

Family friendly neighborhood with parks nearby

Plenty of space for our family of five (3 kids ages 5-10), and felt like a safe and well-maintained house and neighborhood. Candler Park was just 3/4 mile away (easily walkable), and connected to a really nice urban bike/walk path, which I appreciated as a runner. I felt safe running around the neighborhood as a solo female runner, and also in the park. The house was simple, and had everything we needed.

Some hiccups

The property is nice and in a conveniently located, quaint neighborhood. We had some hiccups during our stay - I was there for a working trip for almost a month so maybe things came up that wouldn't be noticed for a shorter vacation where one is out and about. There was low water pressure and a mouse in the kitchen - mouse got resolved but water in the master bath never fixed. Host was very communicative but some things could have been resolved more quickly but part of the stay was over holiday which may have complicated things. But overall, a solid property.
