Everything was amazing. The host and cleaning staff were beyond wonderful. I requested that they decorate The Juliette as a surprise for my husband's 60th birthday and they went above and beyond. In addition, it is very clean, has all the amenities, very well decorated, great location, parking, comfortable bed, plenty of towels. We could not have asked for better and we will for sure stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Santa Fe. Thank you for such a wonderful time.
We really liked the hotel’s location, parking, cleanliness, bed, furnishings and ease of check-in. The big negative is there was no heat in our room and the rest of the building. It was chilly in Santa Fe our 2 nights there. Temps dropped into 60s indoors which is ok for sleeping but not for having breakfast (had to bundle up!). Also suggest that housekeepers check for adequate kitchen supplies—we had to share the single spoon in the drawer. No response to my email to Dennis and Mike on the issue. Also, only a couple hooks for hanging clothes. Would consider staying again when it’s not cold.
Lovely property. One block from The Plaza. Very easy communication with owner. Unit is beautifully appointed: comfortable bed, complete kitchen with dishes, silver, pots & pans etc. Laundry & ice available.
I enjoyed my stay, the accommodations were nice and the location was fabulous! I hope to return someday and would definitely stay in the Juliet Suite again!
I selected this property because I like the design of the space however it exceeded our expectations in every way! The location was also excellent, adjacent to the Plaza and so we walked everywhere!
Clean, stylish and comfortable. Kitchen amenities were sufficient for our needs, and great location near the Plaza. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
This place is really nice, very clean and comfortable. Loved the location, easy walk to many shops and restaurants. Thank you Dennis for sharing your place with us, we had a wonderful time.
Great location! Comfortable beds, easy access. We’re returning guests who recommend this spot for comfortable accommodations, easy walking to galleries and restaurants.
This one bedroom suite is in a prime location-walkable to just about everything including Canyon St, hiking hills, and most restaurants and breweries. Bed was comfortable, house is lovely and owner communication was great.
We were totally blown away by this apartment. Very comfortable bed, utilitarian and very well equipped kitchen, great location just a couple of blocks from the center of town.
The property was wonderful. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The shared library looked like it was out of a magazine. We utilized the laundry room and everything worked great. The location is excellent and very convenient to the plaza and all of the great Santa Fe restaurants. We would love to come back. Thank you!
This property is awesome! The rooms are gorgeously appointed, the towels and sheets are luxe, the bed is supremely comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked and the host was very accommodating. We really love this inn. We had a lot of alterations to our schedule, and the host met us where we were at every turn. A couple of observations: We found The Juliette to be a little smaller than in looks in photos. This was not at all a problem, just an observation. My husband is 6'5", so we notice size everywhere. And we would have loved to open the windows to sleep in the fresh air, but there weren't screens on the windows, nor was there a way to open them. Even with those two things it was a perfect stay and we will come back.
I’d describe this property as a boutique hotel, and it is truly beautiful. You absolutely cannot beat the location in the heart of downtown, just a few blocks from the plaza. In 15 minutes you can be in the heart of SF National Forest. The free parking behind the building is, of course, fabulous as is the access to washer/dryer (shared). Decor is top notch, and they have done a great job making good use of the fairly small space in the suite. However, I felt there was a lack of attention to detail in some aspects that could improve the stay and that fell short of what we thought was advertised in the listing: there is a substantial lack of hooks in the bathroom and elsewhere, the only mirror is a small one in the bathroom and the full-length is in the hallway, the shower sprays into the bathroom because the glass door only covers half of the opening, the mini Smeg fridge never got very cold, and the towels and toilet paper left a lot to be desired (especially given the promotion of the linens in the listing). Note the while there was lots of wonderful natural light in the room, it’s a first floor space with windows that look out into the parking lot, so you must draw all the window covers to change. I’m also not entirely sure how effective the communication is between the owner and the housekeeping team. We asked for items (staples) that didn’t arrive in a timely manner or arrived incorrectly. All of this being said, I do think we would stay here again.

Bugs in our bed and on the walls
The place was cute upon first look. And the location was permier. Unfortunately, there was an infestation of beetles which we spent most of the time killing. They were on the walls and ceiling. An exterminator came but it didn't help. I communicated with the property manager about this. Apparently they knew of this problem before we checked in. He said they were "benign" which is word one uses for tumors or cancer.
We didn't receive any compensation for this inconvenience.
Unit was well appointed. However, windows would not open and view was in first floor looking at parked cars. Everyone going to and from cars had view of the rooms and occupants. As a result there was no privacy. Felt like I was living in a cave. I also went to Santa Fe for better weather. Totally unable to experience breeze as windows were painted shut. Lastly, refrigerator was very small with no freezer capability. Not a great unit if you want to cook. It’s well located, and furnishings are very nice. If you want a hotel suite on ground floor and with no privacy if blinds are raised, then it would be fine. I learned a lesson. Don’t rent without an outside view of unit and view out of windows.
