Quiet beach villa with large pool and private condominium security

- Villa Nibissawe is fully air-conditioned and is located in the residence next to La Palmeraie on the edge of Kabrousse beach, in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the town of Cap Skirring. We find ourselves in a condominium around a large swimming pool under the coconut trees. A maintenance service works there all year round, so welcome to a clean and very well maintained residence.
-There is a private road that leads to the beach from the residence.
-It is a place guarded 24 hours a day thanks to an on-site security team. The Palmeraie includes about thirty houses, so it is easy to come with several groups or as a large family to get together.
-The beach downstairs has several restaurants of different standing with their feet in the water.
-In front of the access to the residence there is a small shop to do your basic shopping and only 1km away you will find the largest supermarket in the area.
-The owner is a specialist in the region and will offer you, or even organise if necessary, the most interesting activities in the region thanks to his knowledge and contacts. Cultural outings and discovery of the islands in the mangrove can be offered. For sports enthusiasts, fishing trips and surf lessons.
- The house is very well equipped with kitchen and quality bedding.
-The garden is a haven of peace in the shade under the large trees native to the region such as the majestic Fromager.
-The terrace for relaxing, the large outdoor red wooden dining table for your dinners, and an American-style kitchen for your breakfasts around the worktop.
-The second bedroom in the garden is independent with its own entrance creating a separation from the main house for a more private space. It has a large bathroom and a fridge bar
-The main house has a large bedroom and bathroom but also in the living room 2 single sofa beds to add 2 additional beds. The mattresses are of very good quality acting as extra beds with their own bedding at the foot in baskets. Often families with young children make do with them to keep them close to them.
-There is a safe with a key for your precious and personal items, a washing machine, iron, as well as storage furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, freezer etc...).
-For your return from the beach or swimming pool there is also an outdoor shower.
-The swimming pool is a real luxury. So large that you can swim laps in it. Pool mattresses to relax in as well as a ping pong table.
