In the hamlet of Montemaggiore, just behind the church square, the gîte is located on the 1st and 2nd floors of a terraced village house (motorcycle garage on the ground floor). Access to the gîte is via an external staircase of about ten steps. It comprises the following: On the 1st floor: - Living room/Kitchen On the 2nd floor: - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm) - Shower room/WC For stays of 2 consecutive weeks or more, a 5% discount is offered on the second week: - 12 m² terrace with pergola - Garden furniture - Electric griddle - Motorcycle garage (3.4 x 2.4 meters) - Public parking 50 meters away (next to the church) - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen and upstairs hallway - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Freezer compartment - Microwave - Filter and capsule coffee maker - Television - DVD player - Wi-Fi - Fireplace (wood not provided) - Hair dryer - Bread delivery in the village - Mobile vendors (meat, vegetables and fish) Take a break in the heart of a typical Balagne village!
