Overlooking the sea, 48 m² gîte on the ground floor of the owner's house. It is composed as follows: - Living room/kitchen with a 140x190 cm double bed - 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm twin beds and a private bathroom/WC (possibility of adding a third 90x190 cm bed) - Shower room/WC Possibility of 2 additional beds in an outbuilding located on the ground floor of the cottage, with outside access (1 bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed and shower room, separate WC: €450/week in July/August, €400/week the rest of the year) Unobstructed sea view Decreasing rates according to the length of stay Gite available for 6 people (reference 21703) - 30 m² terrace with unobstructed sea view - Garden furniture - Sun loungers - Barbecue - Parking - Air conditioning - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Microwave - Television - DVD player - Wi-Fi - Convenience store, bakery, and butcher in the village - Services available: Californian massage - inquire with the owner A cottage with a panoramic view of the sea!
