Chill house nestled among the oak trees

This house is a little oasis in the hills west of Stanford. We had a very relaxing stay, hanging out by the pool and listening to the birds chirp and the background hum of insects. It's a little out of the way, but you get this amazing quiet in exchange. Also, we found a good restaurant (Parkside Grille) deeper in Portola Valley, so don't only look East if you want to eat out. Would definitely stay here again.

Whatever communications I had with the owner, Michael were answered extremely fast. The house worked perfectly for us and our dog. Though keeping the dog in the back area of the house was best as it was fenced in and protected. The house was very clean and very spacious. Even though the pool is not heated, Portola Valley gets very hot so cooling off in the pool did not present a problem, as it was quite refreshing. Location was perfect to Ladera shopping, restaurants etc. freeway and to Stanford. We appreciate your professionlism Michael. Thank you.

Perfect Property and Location

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms were great (especially the kitchen which is spacious and really nice!). There was plenty of room for us to relax and feel at home, and the kids loved the pool. It’s a beautiful, quiet setting that’s remote yet was really convenient for us. The owner is very responsive and accommodating.
