Amazing Stay!

Everything about this place was perfect for our family vacation! First off, Kate was an amazing host. She responded very quickly whenever we had a question. She also checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything or any recommendations. We decided to go with this place because it had enough rooms/bathrooms for 14 people and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It's only a couple houses from the beach and it was big enough that everyone had their own space. We did not feel crammed in at all. They also provided everything we needed for our stay, which was a huge help! Thank you Kate for letting us stay at your beautiful home, we will definitely be back!

Great Stay / Location

The owner is very nice and answers questions right away. She provided a lot of information upfront to help us plan our trip. We had one question in locating something at the house - she even volunteered to stop by to help. The house is in a great location right next to the beach. Very easy to go back and forth (specially important with little ones). The access point to the beach was right there. Also, nice to take walks on the boardwalk and have the kids ride their bikes & scooters. The house has an outside shower to rinse sand off which was a plus to avoid sand everywhere in the house. We all had a great time!

Perfect for our Wedding Weekend in Ventnor

Overall we had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. Very much appreciated the owner Kate's perfect communication with me. Always immediately responded to my questions and accommodated my requests. Home is comfortable, spacious, clean, well supplied and great location. As promised, nice towels and linens. Loved the views of ocean sitting on the side porch and quick walks to the beach. Has off street parking for 3 cars. I was pleasantly surprised with all the thought this owner put into making the home comfortable with little things like hand and bath soaps, paper products, beach towels, parking passes, kitchen supplies that I would normally need to bring. Oh, and lite make up mirror in master bathroom!! Too much to mention! Thank you Kate for our welcome gifts, so nice to see as we walked in. We have rented many beach homes and never received such kind and thoughtful consideration. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for great location, clean and spacious home with a mix of modern and period furnishings.
