This is a great property close to all the things Cape Kiwanda is known for. We really enjoyed the hot tube and we liked how well the kitchen was stocked with pans dishes ect so we were able to cook large meals for our guests! There is a market with in walking distance for anything you forget! Our dogs loved the tall grass that surrounds the property! We also loved that house was located in a privet area with ample parking and my loved being able to park in the garage!

This house was exactly what we needed for the perfect weekend retreat with a large family! Plenty of room to spread out, nice quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the beach, even with a toddler!! Highly recommend!!!

Stove wasn't working upon arrival would of been great to get a notice about. As we were a group of 14. Messaged owner was no help said we ordered a part no apologies whatsoever. Lots of broken stuff around house handrails, broken chair in kitchen not removed still there for someone to sit, broken chair on front porch that my daughter almost fell with her baby out of would of been a big drop off porch. Other than that it was great. Messaged owner about stuff that is mentioned with no response after our weekend was over hopefully they fix for next visitors.

Our party of 10 was very comfortable in this home. The beds were extremely comfortable, parking was great. The home was clean and ready for us. We have stayed at this home two times now and we will definitely be back.

We have stayed at this property before and it is a wonderful place to stay. This time around it was a lot less clean. The kitchen counters were dirty, the windows were filthy, the floors weren’t great, the kitchen garbage area was very dirty and smelled terribly of old crab or seafood, the refrigerator was empty, but not clean. There weren’t enough bath towels for our group so we had to use the hot tub towels for showers. Not enough garbage bags, paper towels, or toilet paper. There were plenty of dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils and appliances. That was great! We love staying at this property and we plan to stay again, but hopefully it will be a bit cleaner next time around. It would be great to have a mirror in each of the bedrooms to allow for people to have a mirror to get ready in while all the bathrooms are occupied. One other suggestion would be to put a small rocking chair in the master suite to rock little ones to sleep. All in all we love this house and will recommend it to others and will not hesitate to book it for future trips.

We rented this house to host my husbands family to celebrate his birthday this year. We have stayed in Pacific City many times before and as always it didn’t disappoint! This house was a great fit for our family! The massive sectional and sofa fit everyone comfortably, it was great to have a hot tub, and the kitchen was huge. The master bedroom was amazingly big and the double shower in the bathroom was nice! We had a few questions and the host was very responsive. We would stay here again in the future!

It was perfect for our large family. Everyone had enough space when we all wanted to be in the large kitchen and family room and also had privacy with so many bedrooms. We walked to the Brewery and beach multiple times and cooked large meals. Check in and out was easy and the instructions were super clear. We’d definitely stay here again!

It was a great place and accommodated a bigger group. Very nice location close to the beach. It did have some holes in the walls, broken outdoor furniture and missing toilet paper holder but we still enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
